As an ADHD UK Ambassador, I specialise in neuro-affirming sessions.

This could include support as follows:

  • WhatsApp Accountability Groups

  • Weekly (1:1) WhatsApp Check ins

  • Walking talking sessions and camera-off options

  • Optional grounding exercises to begin

  • Longer, ramble-friendly sessions for no extra cost!

  • Transcripts of our session available on request

  • Half hour body doubling sessions for the price of (or meeting up for a real) coffee!

I won’t be giving you conventional productivity hacks or another rigid routine to add to your mental load…

I will be encouraging radical self-acceptance & compassion, coupled with neuro-affirming tools to help manage executive dysfunction.

I believe in using the ADHD sparkle as a guiding light; we can follow the fun, whimsy and passion to create a lifestyle that makes most sense to you.

My ADHD Journey

When the demands of my Secondary English teaching job clashed horribly with my personal values, I noticed I had the same repetitive daydreams… slow mornings with eggs on toast and a cup of tea; working steadily on a valued project; gym trips or runs that weren’t squeezed in after parents evening or first thing before school.

And that was just the start - I missed my (multifarious) hobbies, quality time with my friends and family and the brain space to be creative!

Coupled with a doctor’s note for chronic burnout and a resounding ADHD diagnosis, I knew my gut was screaming at me to change pace.

For me, freelancing was the only way out of a busy world in which I felt constantly stressed, rushed and overwhelmed. And while I plausibly have more on my plate, it generally feels like less.

This is because I said yes to the following things that make my ADHD brain sing:

  • Variety

  • Flexibility

  • Some structure

  • Creative control

  • Likeminded communities

  • Time buffers

By prioritising a well-regulated nervous system, I created a working pattern and lifestyle that meant I could work at my very best.
