  • Engagement with local Labour Market Information for creative careers

  • Relevant information for their educational stage

  • Work and employment information on portfolio careers

  • Practical activities mimicking creative freelance work experience

  • A focus on transferable skills development

  • Optional references to the Brighton & Hove Employability Standards

  • Opportunities for reflection throughout, and a Q&A section

This hour-long workshop is suitable for wellness events, workplace CPD sessions and student conferences.

It includes insight into the connection between neurodiversity and burnout, while giving practical tips on how to ‘fill your cup’ regardless of environmental stressors. It is aimed at both employers and employees, ensuring meaningful discussions on inclusive workplace culture, and that all important work-life balance.
