Burnout Management 101
This hour-long workshop includes insight into the connection between neurodiversity and burnout, while giving practical tips on how to ‘fill your cup’ regardless of environmental stressors so often associated with creative and freelance careers.
Ensuring meaningful discussions on inclusive workplace culture and that all important work-life balance, it is designed to put you firmly at the centre of your creative pursuits.

THE SOUNDING BOARD
Creatives aren’t meant to work alone.
And so often, out of necessity, we do! Working in silos, cobbling together everything we need so we can do it all ourselves. But at what cost?
The sounding board will give you space to play with and pitch new ideas. Will give you an hour a week solely for reflecting and connection. Will give you a chance to gather with like-minded people, and share in the highs and lows of creative freelancing.
In short, it gives you a team.
What’s included?
Weekly online meetings (that change time to fit with fluctuating work schedules)
A short career management seminar on a topic of your choosing
